The silver plated fruit/bread basket has an embossed Crown, EL , and Italy marking. It is in good vintage condition consistent with age and use. Also the bowl square shape is rare given that most found are round, oval, or diamond.
Good vintage condition; there is a small blemish on the foot likely made while manufacturing. (see photo)
