This is a translucent frosted glass commemorative bud vase made for the United States Centennial in 1876. The frosted bud vase is a hand holding a cornucopia. It was manufactured by Gillinder and Son for The Centennial Expo. There are no cracks, however, slight chip on the back bottom; which dose not take away from its beauty. (see picture)
This vase does not have the embossed Centennial 1876. Gillinder and Son did not embossed all their commemorative vase making this vase rare find.
